Fate/Zero [Airing] Fall 2011

Yes, that’s right ladies and gentlemen, Fate/Zero the prequel to Fate/Stay Night. It has already began airing on October  1st,  with an one-hour special feature episode. For those of you who don’t know about it, here’s a little background information; From what we know of  Fate/Stay Night, this anime is about a certain tournament of sorts, it’s the “Holy Grail War” is what  the tournament is being called, a battle royale between seven individual masters. The chosen few individuals will have a stigma appear on their hand, those are command seals as a mark for being a master. Every few decades seven masters are chosen and each master is bestowed a servant class to help fight for them, in this Grail War. There are, of course, seven different classes of servants; assassin, berserker, caster, archer, lancer, rider, and  saber. Whom-ever is the last “master” standing wins the reward of receiving the Holy Grail which grants any and one wish to the receiver.
As the prequel, Fate/Zero is referring to the previous Holy Grail War. Taking place 10 years before the events of Fate/stay night, this anime review the events from Fourth Holy Grail War.
Fate/Zero is going to be a very exciting series with new players on the board and unpredictability.
With new characters on the stage, and backgrounds, Fate/Zero is going to be a very explosives Anime for this fall.
As of now, there will be a total of 25 episodes to this anime. It is split into two seasons, where season one contain the 1st thirteen episodes and season two with the rest.
