The International Secret Agents Concerts are back for the biggest year yet in 2010. ISA presented by JCPenney and teaming up with MTV Iggy and 4C The Power are bringing this groundbreaking concert series with a line up of industry buzzing accomplished talent to Los Angeles and New York.
